*Please make sure you are using the most
recent version of Chrome*
To confirm that you are using the most recent
version:
- In the top right-hand corner of
your browser window, open the More menu and select Settings
- Click About Chrome on
the left hand side
Allow Popups
- In the top right-hand corner
of your browser window, open the More menu (three
stacked vertical dots) and select Settings.
- On the next screen, scroll to
the bottom of the page and click "Advanced" to view additional
settings.
- Under "Privacy and
security," click Site Settings.
- From the Site Settings list,
select Pop-ups and redirects.
- At the top, toggle the setting
to Allowed - it may show as "Blocked
(recommended)", once you toggle the button, it will change to
reflect Allowed.
Clear Cookies and Temp Files
- In the top right-hand corner of
your browser window, open the More menu (three stacked
vertical dots) and select Settings.
- Select Security and
Privacy
- Select Clear Browsing
Data
- Check: Cached images and files,
Cookies and other site data and Hosted app data
- Select Clear data
- Close all browser tabs and open
new browser
Clear SSL Certificates
- Go to your Windows start menu
and type in: Internet options
- Click the resulting icon
- On the pop up content
tab, click the clear SSL state button, click ok and then click ok again
- Restart Chrome: Close Chrome and reopen
Allow 3rd party Cookies
- Go to your Windows start menu and type in: Internet options
- Go to your Windows start menu and type in: Internet options
If you have Miramar:Agent saved as a favorite,
make sure your saved link is https://miramar-agent.com
Completely close and re-open
Chrome. You may also want to restart your computer, as some temp files
are cleared when the computer restarts.
