PLEASE NOTE THAT OPENING AN EXAM COUNTS AS AN ATTEMPT!  DO NOT LAUNCH UNTIL YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME TO COMPLETE AND A STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION.

When you reach a training step, it will launch in a new window.  If a new window/tab does not open, please ensure that you have enabled pop ups (click here for more information on how to enable pop ups). While the exact lessons may vary depending on the course you are completing, the general completion steps will be the same.

To begin, click into the training program step from your Agent Dashboard. A second window will pop up with a list of the lessons and final exam:

Click the green play icon to the right of the lesson(s). Upon completion of the lesson, exit out of that training. To continue to the next lesson (if applicable), click the green play icon to the right.

Repeat the previous steps for any remaining lessons. Upon completion of all required lessons, you will be able to begin the Final Exam. To begin, click on the green play icon to the right. Your maximum attempts and minimum passing score will display on the screen.

Upon completion of the exam with a passing score, exit out of the training window and return to your agent dashboard.
