If you forgot your Miramar:Agent username, return to the main login page and follow the steps below to reset it.

  • Click Forgot your username or password?
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and click Forgot Username.  *Please wait to receive email* 
  • Click the link in the email (that will bring you back to Miramar: Agent)

If you have yet to verify your email address in Miramar: Agent, you will need to contact the Helpdesk by creating a ticket for assistance. 

  • To create a ticket click Submit Ticket at the top of this page.
