If you share a computer with multiple agents using Miramar:Agent, you may run into an issue where you receive this error. This is the result of the computer passing the identifier of whichever agent was logged in first when working as the second. This is done through cookies which remember users from session to session, and allow you to remain logged in or have your preferences remembered from session to session.
If you need to utilize a shared computer, you will need to clear cookies before logging in as a new user so that your computer only sends the new user's information. We recommend the following:
1) Clear cookies
2) Close browser window (all windows - not just the current tab)
3) Re-open browser
4) Clear cookies again
5) Log in as the new user
6) Optional: try using private/incognito mode
