If you pay for training and are unable to proceed to take training immediately due to a technical issue, please create a ticket by clicking Submit Ticket at the top of this page . If we are not able to resolve and advance you to training with 72 hours of your request, you have the option to request a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for failed training. If you experience issues with opening training or transmission of results, please reference the help resources here before exhausting all attempts. Once you have exhausted all attempts, no additional attempts will be granted.
Refunds will not be provided because a particular carrier does not accept Convey Core Medicare Certification Training. Every MA and Part D plan determines which training(s) they will accept. Please check with your plan(s) prior to purchase of Convey Core Medicare Certification Training. (You will only be offered the opportunity to purchase Convey Core Medicare Certification Training in a plan specific program if it is accepted by that plan.)
Refunds will not be provided because you purchased training and then became aware that another carrier might have paid for you. We are unable to retroactively bill a health plan for training an agent has already taken.
Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after purchasing.
